Use our furling outhaul cars with in-mast or behind-the-mast furlers on boats to 45' (13.5 m). The 1615 Midrange car features an axle bearing sheave and is perfect for boats with mainsails to 300 ft2 (28 m2). The 595 Big Boat car sheave uses Torlon^® bearings for boats with mainsails to 425 ft2 (40 m2). Sheave carriers pivot side-to-side to accommodate changing lead angles. Both outhaul systems have 2:1 purchases and ride on cars with free-rolling Torlon^® ball bearings. A dead-end outhaul shackle is included.

Clew Block

The strong, lightweight clew block uses the 75 mm ESP sheave. It features plates that angle so attachment straps fit the shape of the sail clew. Use with 595 and 1615 outhaul cars.
